Since 1997, program evaluation has been the primary focus of both my work and my ongoing studies.
Usefulness is a priority in all my evaluation work. Engaging stakeholders in every step of decision-making increases buy-in and ultimately results in an evaluation that is
more useful and results that are used. I like to use this participatory, no-surprises approach for both conducting evaluations and developing evaluation frameworks.
As an evaluator I am able to draw on many years experience in adult education and group facilitation. I use a variety of participatory approaches that include focus groups,
workshops, online discussions and Labonte and Feather’s Story-Dialogue method.
Over the years I have planned and completed dozens of evaluations for community and government programs at the local,
