The Clan Henderson in Canada is administered by three Regional Commissioners who are appointed by the Chieftain and High Commissioner for North America.
The Regional Commissioners have full administrative responsibility for Clan Henderson within their regions. This includes soliciting memberships, publicizing the Clan Society and an involvement in all Clan Society Activities and Scottish events within their region. They may appoint regional Convenors for specific events and other regional officers to help them to carry out their responsibilities and may publicly recognise members for their contributions to the Clan Society.
