On the NatureNS list, we welcome anything -- observation, comment, news,
speculation, question -- relevant to the natural history of Nova Scotia
-- plant or animal (or anything in between) or mineral or even
astronomical phenomena visible from here.

News from outside the province is welcome if it directly bears on us
(for example, notice of the winter peregrinations of the shearwaters we
see offshore here in summer, or birth notices of Right Whales that will
likely come to feed in the Bay of Fundy, or updates on the northward
progress of Monarchs). But . . . if you had a great birding trip to New
Brunswick or Costa Rica, a simple one-liner telling people where they
can find your photos and species list will suffice.

As always, we don't allow attachments, but we do welcome links to photos
and useful information on the Web. And your message will not be posted
if it is too big (usually caused by inadvertently including images).

Cheers,
Doug
