Hi Billy & All=2C

I've had Downy Woodpeckers use swallow boxes as roosts after the breedi=
ng season so I suppose a Hairy Woodpecker doing the same thing is quite pos=
sible=2C especially if the box is close to a tree line. All the best.

I've had a swallow nesting box in my yard for several years=2C and each
=

lying since a week or
&gt=3B so and today I heard hammering. Here was a =
Hairy woodpecker pounding
&gt=3B away=2C and the hole is now enlarged ag=
