We found the tallest Ragged-fringed Orchid, about 16 inches high, that we've seen anywhere. Also present were the Green Adder's Mouth Orchid and the Yellow Lady's Tresses Orchid. The latter two are so tiny that one has to tread carefully out here. I'll post pictures later. A whale was breaching offshore; blunt head, small dorsal, possibly a Pilot Whale.
