In my yard (Avonport) Thursday morning, I heard my first-of-the-
season YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER (I still prefer the name Myrtle
Warbler). So this brings to three, the NEW SPRING BIRD SOUNDS ADDED
this week to my expanding backyard birdsong repertoire: Purple Finch,
White-throated Sparrow and Yellow-rumped Warbler, wonderful additions
to hear.
