Index of Subjects HI, Sept 23, 2007 This reminds me a bit of gulls freeloading off a homeowner in Sussex. When my wife was visiting an elderly relative last year she stayed for several days at a nearby friend's house and every morning (7:00-7:30) two Gulls landed on the lawn and pecked vigorously on the porch glass door until food was provided. This had been going on for some time. This year two adult gulls have been visiting along with two young. Fishing boats are presumably not as gull-friendly as they used to be.
