Index of Subjects Yes, it is true, if the video footage is to be believed. I saw one of the video clips on my computer a month or two back. I couldn't remember exactly the site, but I did a search on "gull stealing chips from store", and came up with numerous sites, showing slightly different versions of the same avian misdemeanor.
