Index of Subjects This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C7292A.35366130 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Tuesday, December 26th. 8:12 P.M. My sister Rita and her family had just returned today from visiting = relatives for the holidays in Cape Breton when she showed me some great = photos of a Pileated Woodpecker she had taken on Sunday the 24th. It was = brought to her attention by our brother who had viewed the bird in the = same general location on the previous day. As I may have mentioned = around July of this year when I viewed and photographed one in the = general hometown area for the first time, it has been, at least for our = family, a rare privilege to view this species there. I had never seen a = Pileated until I moved out of the area and even my father had recalled = only ever seing one, many years before. With any luck, the following view will become a more regular occurrence = in River Bourgeois, and Richmond County in general. Here is the first of = three photos from Rita, numbers 11 thru 13, for those who wish to have = a look: http://bernieb.smugmug.com/gallery/916397/1/41786843/Medium Bernard Burke blburke@ns.sympatico.ca=20 Dartmouth ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C7292A.35366130 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META content=3D"MSHTML 6.00.2900.3020" name=3DGENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>Tuesday, December 26th. 8:12 = P.M.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2></FONT> </DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>My sister Rita and her family had just = returned=20 today from visiting relatives for the holidays in Cape Breton when she = showed me=20 some great photos of a Pileated Woodpecker she had taken on Sunday the=20 24th.
