Thanks for posting this.  I was planning to send an update for people.  We 
are waiting anxiously to see where and when these birds will make the now 
easternward portion of their migration to Tristan da Cunha - or are they 
going to fool us!?

A couple of the tags are due to expire soon - i.e. the battery power will 
run out but a couple of tags still have another month of energy left so we 
are hoping to have an outcome to where these birds are going and how they 
are getting there.

You may have noticed that while two birds were in the lead, the others 
caught up in the last week with large non-stop flights from Brazil to 
Argentina.  Weather patterns no doubt play a large part in their movements.

With only six birds tagged it is amazing - after Robert did his North 
Atlantic ridge exploration - how consistent the routes for these birds are.

Let's keep hoping the battery life will last to get at least some of the 
birds to presumably Tristan da Cunha!
