Halifax Harbour Watershed Coalition Workshop

On Saturday April 5th there will be a workshop to develop action plans for
improving the health of Halifax harbour by addressing pollution issues in
the various watersheds of the harbour.  The workshop will not focus
specifically on human sewage pollution but will consider a broader range
of issues, including: pollution carried by storm sewers, sediment loading,
urban design, and community-based management.  The outcome of the workshop
will be specific action plans for the next two years.

Organizer: Halifax Harbour Watershed Coalition (Ecology Action Centre)
Place: Dalhousie University law school, University Avenue, Halifax
Date and time: Saturday April 5th, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
No registration fee, lunch provided.
