Dr. Donald Dunbar and John Pearce will be appearing on behalf of Transport 2000 Atlantic at the N.S. Utility & Review Board hearing in Sydney about the abandonment of rail service in Cape Breton. We willpresent a brief and may cross-examine witnesses. The hearing will begin at Days Inn, 480 Kings Road, Sydney at 0900 hours on Wednesday, July 10.
