Hi everyone: We are really please to be presenting this timely workshop on this new understanding of how we as humans fit within the larger unfolding earth and universe story. Please share this invitation with friends or colleagues who may be interested. Peace, Wilf Bean Program Director Tatamagouche Centre The Universe Story: Our Way to the Future July 19 - 21, Fri 7 pm - Sun 1 pm, Tatamagouche Centre You may have heard Thomas Berry on CBC "Ideas" this week share his vision of the urgent need for humans to gain a new spiritual understanding of our place in the unfolding universe. We are not the centre of creation, Fr. Berry claims, but rather a very small part of a much larger "New Cosmology" story! We at Tatamagouche Centre are excited to be offering a weekend workshop, July 19 - 21 exploring this new perspective and reflecting on the meaning for our own lives, spirituality, understanding of God, and way of living in the world. Leadership: Maureen Wild, a Sister of Charity, is a guide for the ministry of Earth Literacy and the New Cosmology. She was shaped by farm life in northern Alberta, ministries within inner city Edmonton and Boston, graduate studies in Earth Consciousness, and diverse ecological projects including seven years at Genesis Farm in New Jersey. Cost: $235 - Bursaries are available. To Register, contact Tatamagouche Centre at: ph: 1-800-218-2220 email: tatacent@tatacentre.ca www.tatacentre.ca -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- SUST-MAR TIP: tell your friends how to join sust-mar!
