The three neighbouring farms each offer a variety of learning opportunities in sustainable living. The farms are close to tidal rivers and are situated in an area of rolling hills of fields and trees. Apprentices will be expected to work 38 hours per week, be self motivated, willing to work at a variety of tasks, work unusual hours, in varying weather conditions when necessary, and be prepared for manual labour. Apprentices will receive room and board and a small stipend, in addition to training and information about ecological farming.
