Index of Subjects The Chebucto Trails Project is significant for anyone with an interest in community-based watershed management in Nova Scotia. There will be an open house on Monday, October 16 at the Lions Community Centre on Greenhead Road, Lakeside, and Thursday, October 19, at the Coastal Co-op Building, Terence Bay, each time from 5:30 to 8:30pm. There will be mapping and information on the entire peninsula and the various possible trail projects, from Halifax to St. Margaret's Bay and from Timberlea to Terrence Bay and Peggy's Cove. This is a time to bring friends and people you know who are interested in preserving the wilderness in the crown lands on the peninsula and developing trails for recreation, education, and tourism. The Woodens River Watershed Environmental Organization (WRWEO) will have a display at each event. For directions, or further information, Richmond Campbell, <richmond@is.dal.ca> For background, see: <www.chebucto.ns.ca/~wrweo> --end-- -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- The preceding message was posted on Sustainable Maritimes (sust-mar) -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Questions about sust-mar?
