Hi Becky, You didn't specify exactly which email program you use to access your mail so my repsonses can only be of a generic manner. The mail program you're using would have all of the necessary settings you need to control what happens to your email. Check each setting carefully to make sure it's what you want to do. Check off things like: delete email from server after download, save email to saved folder (on your computer), etc. Copies of your sent mail don't come to us but are located in your mail program files. Look under your settings for folders and you should one labelled 'sent'. Only your main copy comes to CCN for mailing out when you send us an email. We don't keep a copy here as that would eventually eat up too much space to house copies of everyone's email.
