Index of Subjects While it is difficult to define 'active' (or perhaps, there is more then one definition), in the last year renewal notices were sent out to all IPs, so the ones with us now are actualy interested in there site. The fact that in previous years there may have been more accounts only shows that accounts were never deleted. > > I'm in full disagreement.
