I agree wholheartedly with all of David Potter's suggestions, with the
exception that we do not need to ask about the package because users login
accounts will be supplied for us.  It will be much easier for us to
determine the package if they tell us directly, than us having to look it
up.

Other than that, I think David has hit on some very important points and I
would like them all to be included.  I think they idea of a "short" survey
is entirely over-rated.  If people agree to the survey in the first place,
the length is usually not that important, as long as it doesn't take up
multiple (lots) of pages.

Besides, we are offering prizes for their efforts.  This is a first for
Chebucto in a long time, and I think this will be enough to motivate and
interest people.

By the way, I forgot to mention that Halifax Gift Baskets can donate a
$100 dollar gift basket as a secondary prize.
