Here are some 'Editor' tips for those of you helping IPs get on-line, or to
stay on-line with CCN.

1. Help our IPs get noticed in the community when they sign up.
2. Call our IPs every 6 months to ask if they're having
any problems or challenges that you can address.
3. Keep your IPs informed about upgrades on our services
and projects, fees, etc. - do they have individual members who might
want to join CCN ?
4. Educate your IPs on making the most of our service.
5. Do the unexpected, again and again. (Value added is key
here).
6. Use high tech, low tech, no tech to keep our Chebucto name in front
of our IPs. After all, they along with our individual members are the
ones who will
sustain us.
