We discussed this some months ago.  Those utilities are "required" to
support any serious community network, so they need to be added to the
distribution.  If they somehow got dropped when we switched from debian to
Redhat, (as I suspect may have happened) then find the package that
includes both those.  There are/were scripts which need them, as well,
which we use on CCN, e.g.=20

lynxcgi:/ccn/lynxcgi-bin/cs_ls
lynxcgi:/ccn/lynxcgi-bin/network

I assume those are included in the distribution?=20

In any case, the utilities will also be needed on shell accounts for
maintenance/postoffice.
