This is temporarily fixed.  The problem is tha our RedHat install does
not install /usr/sbin/traceroute or /usr/bin/host.  The csuite/etc/sudoers
file then has a blank entry in it, which cause the error below.

I've hardwired in the paths for these two commands, even though they do
not exist.
