I think they may be leading you on. ;-> My understanding is that such  
accuracy is simply not possible. Since the end of SA there is no  
"military version" of GPS - the best resolution is available to  
everyone. As I understand it the best unaided GPS can do is ~ 10 m. In  
the United States, augmented by the WAAS system of 25 land-based  
reference stations, its possiblen achieve an accuracy of <1.0-1.5 m.  
In Europe the similar EGNOS system (with 40 ground stations and three  
geostationary satellites) provides an accuracy of ~ 2.0 m. I don't  
think that the present technology allows for better resolution than  
this.
