Yes, I can confirm your observation.  Hartlen Point Sunday afternoon @ ~ 5 
a group of 6 large terns flew from Hartlen Point towards Devils Island. They 
came from the direction Back Cove/Cow Bay and I marked them down as 
Caspian Terns as well.
