Index of Subjects This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --Boundary_(ID_1BYJ3MdIG+UHJe/5YwjyaQ) Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT I've added 50 photos to my June 09 highlights page at Pbase. All photos also end up in permanent storage on my website. The first photograph although not technically the best of this lot is my most prized. It is of an Eastern Wood-pewee, a woodland flycatcher who haunts the deep and dark forest canopy in my area of Nova Scotia. As such it is very difficult to photograph well as one looks up from the dark forest floor towards white bellies against grey skies. The second photograph demonstrates how the Ovenbird walks not only on the ground but along tree branches as shown in this photo. The habit of walking and not hopping is a trait of many ground dwelling passerines but the Ovenbird is noted for taking this practise to tree branches as well.
