Follow up on my earlier post regarding the Hartlen Point Snowy Owl.
The picture I took Saturday April 4 can be seen here:

It shows the worn tail feathers and the disorderly wet appearance of some of 
the  breast feathers.  Comments?  Normal appearance of a young bird this 
time of the year/moulting cycle, or a stressed bird?
