Hi Ann

It could be a Western tanager, the only tanager with wing bars... If =
it's been around, do let us know... =20

Cheers, liz

Hello, hello...

Through a friend of a friend... they saw the Tanager in South End Hfx on =
Sunday. However, they claim it had wing bars. Having not seen this =
bird... is there anything about its winter colours that may make it look =
like wing bars?! I know its been solidly identified as a Summer, so =
this could just be a novices mistake. But... never hurts to ask.

Cheers for now,
Ann M.
