Here's a taste of what I've seen. 2 Turkey Vultures and 1 Black Vulture still persist in the area. Seen = most every day over the town. Yesterday evening Oct 10th I recieved a report of a strange bird @ the = Horns (twins) This morning I confirmed a 1st winter male Yellow Headed = Black Bird feeding heavely at their place. I took a short trip arround a couple spots 25-30 min of birding and was = able to pick up. 2 OC Warblers 5 I. Buntings (f/imm) 1 Ten. Warbler mixed in with all the YR Warblers @ the StanFest Parking lot (apple = Tree) A visit to the Marina parking lot revieled 5-6 I. Buntings (f/imm) at least 3 of the 5 Lark sparrows are stillhanging arround in the grass. = and the best bird for me was a Grass Hopper Sparrow running through the = grass like a mose/mole.=20 not bad for a 1/2 hr peek at a couple of places.
