I checked the plants that I pollinated this June and found that 11
capsules have survived. All are still at least partly green and on only
three has the ridgepole started to break away. So they will likely need
another 4-6 weeks to mature before they could be cut.
I sent capsules to several people in March (?) of 2007 but did not
set any in 2007, so they will get first crack at the 2008 capsules if
they are still interested.
If anyone else would like to receive one or more capsule(s) then
e-mail me off-line with a mailing address.
