Dear All, Aug 27, 2008 While I was driving west on Prospect road (SE of Kentville) at about 11:00 a.m. today, three deer crossed from north to south. I slowed, so as not to spook them and to avoid colliding with any yet to come, so the nearest was at least 100 paces away but they did not look healthy; moving with a stiff walk as though legs were sore. Are deer afflicted by Lyme's disease or are they just carriers ? And do afflicted deer run like Carribou with sore legs ? Yt, DW
