In the first month at my new home I have seen:

Downy Woodpeckers
Hairy woodpeckers
Chipping Sparrows - and offspring
Ruby Throated Hummers
Hermit Thrush - heard
Veery
American Redstart - male and female
Black & white Warbler
White crowned Sparrow
White Throat Sparrow
Northern Parula Warbler
Palm Warbler
Yellow Warbler
Cedar Waxwings
Robins
Chickadees
White winged Crossbills - med size flock, chittering as they flew,
stayed a short time in a spruce tree
Common Yellow Throat
Purple finch male and female
American goldfinch
Mourning dove
Bank Swallows
Tree Swallows - nest with babies
Double crested cormorant - dead on beach
Spruce Grouse with 10 + half grown offspring

What a great month and this is not really looking very hard or long. I
hope that I don't scare any of them away with the house construction and
related changes to the landscape.
