We purchased one years ago (8) from our vet. Worked like a charm!

When we bought it, it was only 5 dollars. A few years later they were 
so popular, the company upped the price so much , that our vet 
couldn't cover the cost of them anymore- or at the very least sell 
them at a reasonable price that folks would be willing to pay.

I think calling a few vets might be an avenue to consider.
