We saw our first Monarch butterfly today in and about the white lilacs. The milkweed is up about 20-25 cm and starting to put out flower buds.
On a birding trip along the upper Clyde River (as part of the Nature N.S. agm) we saw several Tiger Swallowtails on some Bear scat.
