Today, Barbara and I turned it over to the Biology Dept. at Acadia. After leaving the specimen I walked on the road that leads from campus at the back of The Beveridge Arts Centre. There was a very vocal Merlin near the top of the large tree on the corner at the south side of this street. From that aspect and at that altitude it did not appear much larger than an A. Robin, however, its voice was unmistakable. I saw and heard numerous, House Sparrows along this route, and along the main st. in town. Cheers, Pat ------=_Part_4488_15661314.1208562335156 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline <div>Hi:</div> <div>Gary Myers, Morden found a dead Merlin on the ground near his feeders in Morden on Tuesday, 15Apr08.</div> <div>Today, Barbara and I turned it over to the Biology Dept. at Acadia.</div> <div>After leaving the specimen I walked on the road that leads from campus at the back of The Beveridge Arts Centre.</div> <div>There was a very vocal Merlin near the top of the large tree on the corner at the south side of this street. </div> <div>From that aspect and at that altitude it did not appear much larger than an A.
