We saw a first or second winter Glaucous Gull this afternoon on our way home from Church, along the Bedford Hwy., just down from Nelson's Landing Blvd. in the cove beside Sobey's, with a group of Herring Gulls. First time we've ever seen a Glaucous Gull there. Clarence Stevens Jr. & Sr. found an immature Rose-br. Grosbeak in a multiflora Rose tangle at our house on Friday, Nov. 23. Lois Codling L. Sackville
