Pat Gladman, Dorothy Poole and I took a jaunt to the Keji Seaside Adjunct on
May 31 and saw 45 species of birds while there. The following are of note:

Great Cormorant 1
Olive-sided Flycatcher 1
Gray Catbird 1
Gray Jay 1
Cedar Waxwing 12
Northern Parula 3
American Redstart 6
Yellow-rumped Warbler 5
Blackburnian Warbler 1
Magnolia Warbler 6
Black-throated Green Warbler 5
Ovenbird 1
Yellow Warbler 20
Black & White warbler 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler 2
Palm Warbler 1
Common Yellowthroat 25
Northern harrier 1
Merlin 1

Other species: Leps - Spring Azure and Cabbage White

A porcupine was almost stepped on. Lots of snowshoe hares. One had between
30-40 ticks on it's ears. The ears looked pretty ragged as a result.
