Halifax Field Naturalists meeting -- 7:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2007 - 7:30 in the auditorium of the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, 1747 Summer Street, Halifax. 

South African Wildlife: The rehabilitation of wildlife is the passion of Helene Van Doninck, a veterinarian who runs the Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre near Truro. Helene will share her experiences of teaching wildlife rehabilitation in South Africa. The second part of the presentation will introduce us to South African Birds, which she encountered during a one week safari.
