Your photographs of a "staphylinid beetle" are of an aleocharine (the  
so-called "obscure" rove beetles), possibly a species in the mega  
"genus" Atheta. The photographs of "larvae of ??" is of a beetle  
larva, quite possibly of an aleocharine (the same species?) as well.
