Yesterday I walked part of the SaltMarsh Trail. At the first bridge there
were Bonaparte's GullS and one Blacked Headed Gull. At least I think so.
They were swimming in the rough water that flows under the bridge so I
didn't see them flying for comparison. The BH had an obvious red bill.
Bernard I wish you had been there with your camera. I realize, in such a
situation how bad my gull knowledge is.

The shore birds were too far away to see, they were over in the Cole Harbour
area. The resident eagles were cruising around putting up the flock of black
ducks. There were about 200 Canada Geese and 4 great blues looking like they
were really cold. All of this to the accompaniment of guns going off at the
gun club at Rainbow Haven.

PS I cannot direct link Pat Kelly's Ireland site. Does anyone else have
trouble? Any suggestions?
