| Bon is a blend of Buddhism and older Tibetan shamanism. The main streams of Tibetan Buddhism are also strongly influenced by Bon shamanism, Chinese Chan Buddhism and Hindu Tantric beliefs. How these are related is the subject of much debate/speculation. In this game, Bon, due to its Buddhist influences is viewed as a good spiritual start towards the Dharma. |
