Good Morning,

I have heard from no one but you since October. No the issue has not been
resolved.

The auto-forwarding was originally set up some 10 to 15 years ago. At the
time there was simply an option to have mail forwarded and no copy left on
Chebucto server. As I still wanted to use the address but not have to log in
to Chebucto every day this seemed perfect. (I didn't realise at the time I
could have had Outlook check it.)

I have repeatedly gone through every tab in the webmail window and there is
nowhere I can find to undo this - no rules, no filters. I can't even find my
sympatico address anywhere in there.

This wouldn't be as bad if the server was keeping a copy but I still don't
know what's being bounced by Bell. They seem to be allowing Ebay through
from Chebucto but nothing else. I have been changing emails since I don't
know what else to do at this point but admit defeat.
