Alternatively, if he has a communications program, he could dial
into the CCN Text Service and delete in via PINE.

Then type: gpine
Navigate to the offending e-mail in the Inbox and press: d, x, y
This will mark the e-mail for deletion, expunge it, and confirm
`Yes' to do so.
