Trudy Watts, Program Resource Group at the Tatamagouche Centre. Trudy is an adult educator, gardener and herbalist. She works with health promotion, community development and social justice organizations. Trudy brings her commitment to solidarity with First Nations as a trainer and as a participant in the ARC-A Observer Project in Esgenoopetitj (Burnt Church, NB) Paul Muto, is an environmental and agricultural consultant. Paul is an organic inspector with both local and international certifying bodies. He is currently developing his property according to agricultural principles. The course hopes to include a site visit to Paul's farm.
