The Digby Neck Mega Quarry: Beyond NIMBY and NAFTA Dr. Janet Eaton will be speaking at the Digby Regional High School on Thursday October 10th, 7 p.m. on the NAFTA implications of the proposed mega-quarry for basalt in Digby Neck.
