Sierra Club Harbour Sewage Tour: June 10 Ever wonder where all those offensive odours and weird floaty things in Halifax's Harbour come from? Come along on this guided tour and find out! Led by Pete Young and Cyndi Gilbert of the local Sierra Club Chebucto Group, you will hear about the sewage challenges faced by the Halifax Regional Municipality and about some potential solutions. This walking tour will take you across the harbour on the ferry to Dartmouth and back across the Macdonald Bridge to Halifax. Meet at the Halifax Ferry Terminal at 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 10 and bring enough money for a ferry crossing.
