Someone asked recently about a directory or guide of NGOs. Even more recently I discovered an excellent directory ... full of info on NGOs, "green" businesses and that sort of earthy stuff. Best of all, the Sierra Club is SELLING the guides for $10 as a fund raiser. You can catch us at the Farmers' Market this Sat in Halifax. Sierra Club of Canada Executive Director Elizabeth May will be there again too if you missed her last Saturday. A copy is included in the EcoSacs which contain also some hemp lip balm, laundry soap. and other eco-goodies. All in an organic cotton bag. All yours for a $20 donation to the Sierra Club.
