 	Hi Malcolm. You don't. Tenfourbird inbox and Webmail inbox are one 
and the same thing. You're just using two different programs to look at 
the exact same inbox on our mail server. You don't need to run both or run 
one to filter mail for the other - they are both doing the same thing, 
reading your inbox on our server.

 	Webmail is good for when you are away from home or on a different 
computer than usual. Thunderbird is good for when you are on your home 
computer. Both will do the exact same thing - access your one and only 
inbox on our server. You do not have to run both at the same time. You 
can, both will work, but there is no functional need to. Use Webmail when 
you're away and Tenfourbird when on the home computer. See the same mail 
in the same mailbox inbox whether you are using Tenfourbird or the 
Webmail.
