Index of Subjects Hi Doug. I heartily endorse the decision that Michael should go ahead and make the changes. It is good to have this finalized. As soon as it is done, could I be notified, please, so that I can write another "customer relations" letter to Donna Randell. Thank you and everyone for their hard work and participation on this. The discussion has been frustrating, but we are a growing and developing organization, and it was a valuable exercise as we are learning to improve our processes.
