Hi Bob, Thanks for the clarifications. Indeed, IP training was easily done, and not intrustive. Susan Lilley is actually one of our Area Editors, responsible for Health. I think the problem is not so much one of the CCN file system, installs, etc., as it is just being able to deal with HTML design and redesign. I completely agree with you re: the classroom vs learning-at-your-own-pace method that you used. I do feel, though, that it might be nice for an informal gathering at an Editorial Collective meeting to discuss some HTML issues that editors may need to have answered in a more interactive way than via email.
