Hi Dorothy, There are pauses designed in the system but you may be bypassing them by pressing 'ENTER/Return' several times when you first login. At the Lynx prompt, type 'go motd' (without the quotes) to read the messages again. 'motd' takes you to the 'Message of the Day'.
