In _general_ this is no more the case with a graphical browser than with
Lynx, however, see below ...

This actually has nothing to do with the sitemap. The 'goto' shortcuts
page can be reached in several ways.

N.B. The page in question is:

	http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/Chebucto/jumps.html

Methinks most of these goto shortcuts will never work with a graphical
browser. This list is generated by a CCN script which generates local
URL's (that do not employ the HTTP server). These work correctly for CCN
users logged into their accounts via Lynx, but will not work from
graphical browsers which must, perforce, use the HTTP server. 

Also many of the links on this page use specifically Lynx routines such as
lynxprog, lynxcgi, and lynxexec which (I believe) can never work with
graphical browsers. Perhaps some of the technical team can comment
further. I'm not sure of the repercussions might be of changing the script
that generates the jumps page so as to include absolute rather than
relative URLs.
